"il Caffe is the oldest coffee roastery (since 1995) in Cluj Napoca, Transylvania.
Our coffee roastery is a family business at it's second generation.
Initially the space was both a roastery and a coffee shop until a second roastery was build.
The second roastery it's a 600 square meter coffee plant equipped with cutting edge roasting and packaging technology.
The coffee shop retains it's primary role as a small roastery.
You can still roast small batches on a 1 kg Probatino and the company organizes workshops to that end (Excuse My French ... Roast)
The name "Veche Prajitorie" meaning "The Old Roastery" is a tribute to the place where it all started implying also the existence of the new roastery."
